Our team will be on hand to support you; should you have a query or question and you will build up a relationship with us as we don’t run a call centre. In addition, we resolve queries directly with employees and third party organisations so that you don’t have to.
Your school or Academy Trust will be allocated a dedicated account manager
Experienced in managing service transfers, they will guide you through your transition and payroll. A payroll professional will be allocated once you have settled in to continue your seamless service and personal relationship.
